leads to my birthday, the husband Rich and I in the deep south Franko Niens in order to celebrate the
outdoor museum of Bad Windheim . (Yes, dear Jade, see also Franggen Gibts what)
There is a vast area of 45 hectares, on which from all over the Franconian region of old and worth preserving farm houses to be demolished, dismantled carefully and stone for stone there again be set up properly.

It is a settlement of the Middle Ages with one of the oldest houses in Europe. All straw roof acts as a giant chimney for the open fire in the middle. The smoke also keeps out the bugs, but the sparks have often guided safely to the "excessive heat" = fire ...

A wonderful place I will certainly visit again soon. Finally, we have really eaten very well in the local pub and then because we are running around all day, we were tired and fed up and wanted to drive home is no longer true.
